A yield test is performed to determine exactly how much water you have refilling your well as you are using it. This is a very critical test and can be very costly in the future if done incorrectly.  

While pumping out a specific amount of water, we will also be monitoring the exact water level down the well. The goal is to pump out the maximum amount of water possible at which the level in the well does not rise or fall. Once this is achieved, the test must hold for 3 to 6 hours.  

VA/FHA/USDA, we are certified to provide sampling for any required testing. (Bacteria, Nitrates, Lead, VOC's etc..)

A system inspection consists of logging all discoverable info concerning the well system on the property. This will cover the age and condition of equipment inside and outside the home. Sizes, depths, water quality results, recommendations and tips. All of which will be submitted as a report for you to keep in your records.
